American Junior Golf Association (Chief Communications Officer)
As the Chief Communications Officer of the American Junior Golf Association, Rob oversees the public relations efforts of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Through its website, publications, video productions, social media and media relations, the department strives toward its goal of promoting the successes of the organization and its members.
While gaining experience in reporting and editing for newspapers in Provo, Utah, and Myrtle Beach, S.C., Rob earned his B.A. degree in Journalism at Brigham Young University in 1996 and has been with the American Junior Golf Association since. He has enjoyed the ongoing effort to improve the department and the Association as a whole. He has seen significant changes in the field of communications since 1996 and has guided the evolution of the department to stay up with the latest trends.
