As National Sales Director, Mr. Hinckley oversaw the U.S. and international sales effort for both golf and marina lending. Working with regional sales correspondents, the sales team met or exceeded annual loan sales targets each of the last five years.
Currently, Mr. Hinckley’s duties include managing REO’s for Textron Financial, marketing the sale of properties, selecting and working with management companies to maximize value on the REO assets, and assists capital markets and portfolio management in executing individual loan sales and portfolio sales.
Prior to joining Textron Financial in March 2002, Mr. Hinckley worked as Regional Sales Director with DaimlerChrysler Capital’s real estate group which originated and serviced loans for golf courses, marinas, hotels, apartments, and office buildings. From 1994 until joining
DaimlerChrysler in 1997, Mr. Hinckley served as Regional Director for NationsBank, now Bank of America in their specialty real estate division.
Mr. Hinckley currently serves on National Golf Foundation (“NGF”) Board of Directors as Treasurer. The NGF is the leading golf industry research organization providing statistical data and services to businesses in the golf industry. Mr. Hinckley is also a part owner of Jemsek Golf, a family owned golf course business based in Chicago, Illinois. He holds a BA in Political Science from University of California Santa Barbara, and a Masters Degree in International Management from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.
