Geary L. Leathers established TradeMark Golf in July 2007, a firm specializing in golf management and operational consulting along with food and beverage and hotel operations. TradeMark Golf boasts numerous clients in the fields of golf research, finance/banking, property development as well as club/course owners across the U.S. A 1978 West Point (USMA) graduate, Mr. Leathers commenced his hospitality career upon graduation as a multi-unit manager of U.S. Army Officer’s Clubs.

Resigning his officer commission in 1984, Mr. Leathers concentrated his hospitality career in golf operations along with significant experience in the areas of food and beverage, leisure/fitness and hotel operations. Over the past 24 years, he has successfully managed and had direct operational control of 134 resort, private and daily fee golf facilities. He has held several senior level multi-unit golf operation executive positions throughout the United States, England and Australia.

A former United States Golf Association (USGA) Committee Member, Mr. Leathers also maintains professional affiliations with the Club Managers of America Association (CMAA), National Golf Foundation (NGF), Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA), World Golf Foundation and Golf 20/20.
