Select Pace Golf licenses the right to build and operate a new type of full-sized golf course called the SelectPace Golf Course, which was patented in January of 2010 (U.S. Patent no. 7,651,404) .

This course allows all groups on the course to play at their own pace. This solves a major problem inherent in all conventional golf courses. Faster players would not have to wait for slower ones, beginners would not be intimidated by faster players behind them, instructors could concentrate on lessons and not worry about the group waiting behind. Some existing courses could be rebuilt into this concept.
