LNB Loan Services, LLC (“LNBLS”) is a real estate advisory firm providing
commercial mortgage, commercial debt, and commercial real estate restructuring,
resolution and modification services to individual and institutional borrowers, as well as
loan work-out analytics, advisory, consulting and related services to financial institutions.
The LNBLS advisory team creates viable business solutions for commercial real estate
transactions and, specifically, focuses on distressed commercial mortgages, debt and
properties, in an effort to benefit both the owner/borrower and the lender. LNBLS draws
from decades of investment banking, commercial banking, commercial lending and
commercial real estate experience and expertise to help its Clients obtain favorable
resolutions in financially troubled situations. Furthermore, LNBLS may, depending on
the specifics of a given transaction, provide resolution financing to its Clients.

History
Founded in 2009, LNBLS is headquartered in Maple Shade, NJ (in the Philadelphia metropolitan area) and has offices in Leesburg, VA and Laguna Beach, CA. LNBLS is staffed by commercial loan and real estate professionals, with diverse capital markets,commercial banking, mortgage origination/brokerage, asset management, loan servicing,
and advisory experience. Additionally, LNBLS has a network of approximately twenty five (25) experienced independent sales contractors/agents and loan advisors/analysts.
During its short tenure, LNBLS has provided real estate advisory services to more than seventy (70) Clients, representing transactions totaling in excess of $264,000,000
(measured based on related loan principal balance). LNBLS has developed numerous loan Restructure Plans that have been, or are in the process of being, successfully resolved.
Effective April 1, 2010, LNB Loan Services, LLC changed its name from Waterstone Loan Services, LLC ("WLS"). WLS/LNBLS was formerly a subsidiary of Waterstone Capital Advisors, LLC until it was “spun-off” to Management in April 2010.
Although the above noted changes have recently occurred, the LNBLS/WLS legal entity has remained unchanged.
