History

The firm of CCI offers a nationwide service in the field of club design including master planning, architecture, interior design and food service design.

CCI completes 12 to 15 major club projects a year and is listed by the Club Managers Association of America and the National Golf Association as club facilities consultants.

The firm's ability to provide Master Planning, Architecture, Interior Design and Food Service Design (Kitchen/Bars) in-house under one contract enhances budget control, reduces coordination problems, shortens planning time, and promotes membership acceptance of improvement programs.

The principal of the firm, Harry J. Chris, through an affiliated company, is involved in the development, ownership, and operations of private clubs for his own account. Mr. Chris and his partners developed, own, and operate the Park City Club, an 1,100 member city club in Dallas, Texas.

It is rare for a client to be able to retain a highly experienced professional for a unique building type who is also a successful operator. This unique combined design and operations experience enables the firm to provide each client with the tremendous benefit of the "learning curve" gained in over three decades of club experience
